Maybe no one else has this problem, but I find it exceptionally hard to concentrate #whenImhungry. I have conversations with myself in my mind.
Me:”Let’s see, what’s on my to do list? I need to run by the bank..”
My Mind: “And grab a SNICKERS® .”
Me: “then I need to make sure I get...”
My Mind: “A SNICKERS® .”
Me: “Not yet. I need to pick up paint...”
My Mind: “And a SNICKERS® .”
By this time I usually give in to my mind, stop by Family Dollar and pick up a SNICKERS®. Maybe I should just keep one in my purse at all times. It would probably be easier, especially since I discovered SNICKERS® Milkshakes at one of our local restaurants. Oh my yum! These things are so amazing! I usually treat myself to one of these once a month. Then, I discovered a copycat recipe for SNICKERS® shakes. Being able to make these at home? Amazing!
You can use any type of SNICKERS® in the recipe, but I am partial to the peanut butter squares. Here’s all you need to make it:
Begin by chopping the SNICKERS® into small pieces. The easiest way is to put them in the food processor for ten or fifteen seconds.
Place the vanilla ice cream, milk, vanilla syrup and chopped SNICKERS® in a blender. Mix for approximately twenty seconds or until well blended. Pour into glasses.
Add whipped topping and a cherry if desired.
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 milk (Can use whole or 2%)
- 1 ounce vanilla syrup
- 1 SNICKERS® bar, in your choice of flavor, chopped
- Optional toppings: Whipped cream, cherries
- Mix ice cream, milk, syrup and SNICKERS® together in a blender until mixed. Pour into two glasses. Add whipped topping and cherries, if desired.
Do you have a favorite recipe using SNICKERS®? Have you ever tried a SNICKERS Shake recipe?

The snickers with peanut butter is my new favorite thing. I have been picking one up here and there and since they are 4 pieces in the big packs, I get 4 treats.
This is so creative. I have seen so many Snickers recipes but never a shake

I love Snickers, but a whole candy bar is just too much for me. This milkshake though…definitely something I can handle. (Every week! ;)~)
Love this idea! I normally just eat my Snickers bar but I also love the idea of using it in a shake. I think I am going to make this the next time I have a Snickers bar.
