How to Make Easter Candy Holders with Toilet Paper Rolls

Toilet Paper Treat Holder
This post is sponsored by Cottonelle. My love for their Cleansing clothes is all my own!

I don’t know about you, but at our house we go through a lot of toilet paper. I’m surrounded by endless empty rolls that no one seems to remember to replace, except me. Don’t you hate realizing there is an empty roll after it is too late?  Because I have supply of rolls, I try to reuse them whenever possible. These cute little holders make great Easter decorations and no one has to know there were any bums involved.
You’ll need:
One sheet of scrapbook paper (change it to reflect the season or holiday)
scissors
tape or glue
empty toilet paper rolls

Cottonelle fresh care
Cottonelle FreshCare cleans up all sorts of messes.

To make the project cut a piece of scrapbook paper large enough to cover the toilet paper roll and extend over the end of each side by 1/2 inch. Tape the scrapbook paper to the roll. Fold ends down and tape them inside of the roll.  Cut a circle approximately 1/2 larger than the bottom of the roll from the scrapbook paper. Glue or tape into place on the bottom of the roll. Fill the roll with tissue paper or with confetti paper.  Add lollipops or treats to the top.   These make cute place holders and simple low cost treats too.
Cottonelle Fresh Care

Now that you know what to do with all those loose toilet paper rolls, let’s get down and dirty (pun intended), and talk about our personal care routine. If you have kids you know that asking them, “Do you have to go?” before you leave home is a loaded question. They’ll automatically say “No” and magically have to go as soon as you a) get on the road or b) arrive at your destination.  Sometimes the cleanliness of public bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired and, wait for it, there is no toilet paper in the stalls! To combat this problem I have begun to include Cottonelle Cleansing Clothes in my purse.  They have saved our bums on many occasions.  As for traveling?  We don’t leave home without them.  They keep us clean from head to toe.  Sticky messes, spills, bathroom mishaps, whatever, these wipes are there for us.

The Cottonelle® Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths feature SafeFlush Technology, so they not only offer you a confident clean but also start to break down immediately after flushing. (Do you hate clogs as bad as I do? Guess who is the person who is usually home to work on them?)

Product Details:
