The holiday season is my favorite time of the year. I’m (usually) able to visit friends and family I rarely see and make and eat desserts to my heart’s content. Who’s counting calories during the holidays? No one!

The downside? Trying to find the perfect gifts. 2020 has not been the best year so I’d love to make the holidays a little brighter for family and friends. This year, if you’re also trying to find a special gift, we‘ve got your back. Our Holiday Gift Guide 2020 has something for (almost) everyone.

You haven’t lived until you’ve tried their Maple Buttermilk pancakes topped with their Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. These are thick, fluffy pancakes with a touch of maple and cinnamon. Hint-go all out and add the optional eggs and butter along with milk instead of water. Add a pat of butter and a spoonful of the syrup infused with a hint of bourbon flavor and you’ll think you’ve been transported to a mountain cabin. The raw honey is a good addition to tea or used as a sweetener in recipes.

Last year we received one of their photo blankets and discovered how well-made it is; it’s still vibrant and colorful after a year of use! This year I decided to try several new items; a photo pillow, business cards, a metal luggage tag, and two keychains. The cost of all these items was less than $100!

The site is easy to use and you can create your items in minutes. Every item has several design options or the choice to create a custom design. One of the best things about Nations Photo Lab is that the keychains, luggage tags, and business cards allow designs on both sides for no additional charge. Additionally, they ship quickly even with the COVID delays.

Crown and Paw– This is one of my favorite finds this year! Immortalize your favorite fur-baby with their own portrait. Here’s how it works; choose a costume from over 150 designs, then send in a good quality photo of your pet (see the tips on how to take a photo of your pet at the bottom of this page). Once your portrait is designed, Crown and Paw will send you a preview for your approval. It really is as easy as 1-2-3.

You’ll find lots of items available too; standing and hanging canvas prints, posters, blankets, throw pillows, mugs, and phone cases, along with choices for the number of pets included and the gender. We chose the Pennywise canvas portrait for our cat and he has never looked more majestic. He now occupies a proud spot on our bedroom wall.
