Easy Cinderella Mocktail Recipe
I adapted the original recipe, substituting cherry juice for the grenadine and lemon lime soda for the ginger ale. I added diet lemon lime soda to reduce the calories. You can easily add a touch of glitz by adding colored sugar around the rim.
Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed is best, but you can use a bottle of lemon and lime juice if you are in a hurry)
Pineapple Juice (if you’ve use a can of pineapple in a recipe and don’t need the juice, save it for this recipe!)
Cherry Juice (can use grenadine instead of cherry juice)
Lemon Lime Soda (can use diet soda or replace the lemon lime soda with ginger ale)
Mix all of the fruit juices together. Add lemon lime soda. Stir. Pour the juice mixture over ice. Strain the juice mixture to remove the ice and serve.
