Simple Cheese Pizza Recipe

In honor of simple dinners to beat the heat of summer, my friend Crystal of 3 Princes and A Princess 2 is sharing her yummy but incredibly easy Cheese Pizza recipe. This can be put together in a matter of minutes and is a lot cheaper than take out!

There are many topping possibilities with this recipe. This is a simple version that my kids like best.

What you need:

1 Pizza Crust

Ricotta Cheese

2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella

Basil

2 cloves of garlic, diced

½ onion, diced

1 tsp olive oil

Brush crust with olive oil and top with Ricotta. Spread basil, garlic cloves and onion evenly over the entire pizza and top with Mozzarella. This is where you can add any additional topping of your choice, I love to add green peppers to mine.

Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes until crust is a golden brown. Optional serve with garlic powder lightly sprinkled over the top.
