Do you need a last minute dessert idea for Christmas dinner? I have you covered with these easy cookies and cream fudge recipe. It only has 3 ingredients, is no bake and has a prep time of around 10 minutes. You will have to plan ahead for 30 minutes to an hour of cooling time, but it’s easy to let it cool while you do other things. This fudge is versatile too. You can use your favorite kind of chocolate or make it gluten free simply by using gluten free cookies. Pretend the recipe took you hours to make if you want. It will be our secret. Easy Cookies and Cream Fudge Recipe:
Ingredients:
You’ll need
*white chocolate melts or bark (can use dark chocolate or milk chocolate instead)
*condensed milk
*vanilla cream filled cookies (like Oreos) I like to use the mega stuffed ones. If you need gluten free, use a package of gluten free chocolate cream filled cookies. You can substitute your favorite flavor of Oreos too, like Peppermint, Orig for the season or the original chocolate Oreos.
* optional: sprinkles
Directions:
Step 1: Place chocolate melts and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth.
Step 2: Crush Cookies. You can blend the cookies in the food processor or blender for a few seconds to make crumbs or break them into chunks, your choice.
Step 3: Add cookies to chocolate mixture. Stir until blended.
Step 4: Spread mixture evenly into an 8″ by 8″ wax paper lined casserole dish.
Step 5: Place in freezer and chill until firm. (Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.)
Step 6: Slice into one inch pieces.
