It’s Friday, and it’s time for Gluten Free Friday! During Gluten Free Friday, we highlight gluten free and allergy friendly foods and products that we love. Although we’ve partnered with some companies who have sent us products to sample, all opinions are always our own. We only share products that we truly enjoy and think our readers will as well! This week we have some really cool products to talk about, so let’s get to it.
1. Cheribundi Protein & Relax Cherry Juices– Cheribundi is a brand we have worked with and purchased from many times. We love their tart cherry juice, which claims many health benefits, including aiding sleep regulation. Cheribundi has added a new product to their lineup, Cheribundi Relax, which takes sleep regulation even further. With added Valerian Root and L-Theanine for relaxation, the tart cherry juice (a natural source of melatonin) still tastes as good as ever… but with added benefits. I mean, I’m all about a drink I can feel good about, and who doesn’t need to sleep better? I certainly do. Each bottle of Cheribundi Relax is packed full of tart cherries and is 65% juice.
2. Gee-Free Sandwich Pockets-
is another brand we’ve worked with a few times. I’m a big fan of their spanakopita in particular! This time, we got the chance to try their sandwich pockets and breakfast pockets. My little brother is a big fan of sandwich pockets, so he got in on the testing… and deemed them tasty! Of course, I had to try them too. My favorite is the cheese pizza pocket! The other flavors, buffalo chicken and sausage and egg, were tasty as well. I did find that the sausage and egg was a bit drier than the others, but nothing a little dollop or hot sauce couldn’t fix! If you’re looking for a quick snack or easy lunch, these pockets are for you. They’re quick, microwaveable, filling, and best of all, they taste good!
3. Wuju Hot Sauce was originally a kickstarter founded by a man with a dream. Not just any dream, but a dream I can get behind: a dream to make a hot sauce that’s more than just spicy. A flavorful hot sauce. WUJU was 400% funded on Kickstarter and is a blend of 16 all natural ingredients that claim to be “the Dijon mustard to the ketchup of the hot sauce world.” If you’ve been around the blog for a while, you know that I’m all about a good hot sauce. That’s why I love WUJU! I also love that WUJU donates a portion of the money from each bottle sold to help cancer patients and their families.
4. StabilyzeBars- are nutrition and protein bars that are not only gluten free, but also diabetic friendly and kosher. Stabylize Bars are proudly made in the USA. Each bar is packed with ingredients like whey protein and agave nectar, along with 21 vitamins and minerals. Not only that, but they come in three delicious flavors. My favorite is dark chocolate peanut butter cup. I’m a sucker for anything with peanut butter. Stabylize Bars contain milk, soy, Tree nuts, and one flavor contains peanuts.
5. Find Me Gluten Free App– An app I’ve had on my phone for years is Find Me Gluten Free. It was recommended to me by another celiac, so I downloaded it and never looked back. This app is a bit like Yelp, but for gluten free options. What I like most is that users can rate how celiac friendly a restaurant is! I rarely eat at places with below a 90% celiac safety rating on Find Me Gluten Free. Of course, since this app is based on user data, it can be incomplete or inaccurate. However, I love having any tool in my arsenal that can help me eat safely. I’ve discovered several great, safe restaurants through Find Me Gluten Free!
That’s all we have for you this week. Don’t forget to read our previous Gluten Free Friday posts for more tasty foods and time saving products! Which item are you most excited about from today’s list?
Those bottles of hot sauce look like they are worth trying! My family loves spicy food and we have a blast watching each other’s face turn red with every mouthful.
The sandwich pockets look delish! I have not noticed if they have that in our local supermarket. I will have to check again sometime. The hot sauce is sure to be a winner in my family. Spicy is always tasty!
I know my husband would like to try that hot sauce. He collects them and has even bottled his own recipe.
Not heard of half of these gluten free products but would like to give Wuju hot sauce a try and see how it compares
Babushka’s granddaughter, La Princesa, is supposed to be eating gluten free foods. Something tells BB that the cheese pizza pies and the bars will be favorites.
My kids love spicy food. I can’t take spicy foods at all. My best friend has to have gluten free foods.
Sounds like some great products! I have been trying new things lately and some have been GF I’ll keep these in mind!
I love this! I’m going to let my friend with Celiac’s know. I saw her last month. I felt terrible for her. She was at a wedding and her dinner, which she asked to be checked for gluten had gluten in it. She ended up going home shortly before the dancing began and I worried about her the whole night. It’s such a serious condition and I’m glad more companies are making efforts to make gluten-free products.
These selections sound good. I don’t have to eat gluten-free foods but I will eat it if it’s served.
I might start eating gluten free more often. This is some good stuff!
These are some really great gluten free choices. there is more and more out there each day!
These all sound like great gluten free products! I will have to pass this post off to my g-free friends!
These are all new to me and I think they all sound really good. It’s great that you are bringing awareness to all of these GF products. It’s hard to know where to start when you switch to a GF diet, so resources like this are very helpful!
That hot sauce looks incredibly delicious, my SIL would love it. These are great for when we have her over for dinner/snacks.
This is good to know! My son made a friend this year that is gluten free, and it has been kind of a challenge when we buy snacks for playdates or have them over for dinner. Now I have some ideas, and I will download the app!
That hot sauce looks good! I like that you have a G-free finder on here.
I try to keep my gluten at a minimum. Those G Free sandwich pockets look like something I’d enjoy.
My youngest is gluten-free. Those Get Free pizza and breakfast pockets would be great to keep on hand in the freezer for busy days.
I’m really curious about some of these products, like the juices! I would love to shop for those and some of the snacks that you included on the list!
It is so cool that there are so many gluten free options. Glad you shared gluten free Friday to help us get some December ideas 😉
I am going to try the hot sauce. We love a great hot sauce and one that is gluten free is even better.
The Stabilyze bars sound like they’d be pretty good for travel. I’d probably like the chocolate mint flavor.
These gluten free tips are so helpful to so many who only eat gluten free. I can waver but those Stabilyze are bars I have to try and anybody can have them.
Although I’m not on a gluten free diet, I find a lot of gluten free foods to be quite delicious! Those Gee-Free Sandwich Pockets look super yummy. I’ll have to look for them next time I go grocery shopping.
I am not on a gluten free diet but I definitely agree on hot sauce being FLAVORFUL and not just hot! I would love to try Wuju. And as a lifelong insomniac I may as give Cheribundi a go, as nothing has worked for me so far when it comes to helping me sleep.

I have several friends and family members who are gluten-free. These will make for great ideas for them.
These all sound like tasty products. We’re not gluten free, but my mother in law is so I’ll have to share this with her.
I am very fortunate my family doesn’t have to worry about being gluten free. I try to keep items in the pantry for those friends who do need gluten free products. Will check them out in the store.
I like my food spicy so I want to try the hot sauce. I love that it’s made with all-natural ingredients and that the company helps support cancer patients and their families.
