The 2016 Gluten Free Gift Guide for Foodies

When it comes to holiday gifting, the accepted wisdom is that everyone loves food. Don’t know what to get someone? Get them some baked goods, stat! However, when you have a friend or family member with celiac disease, gifting just got a little bit harder. It’s pretty accepted that I’m a foodie, so I love getting food related gifts. inspired-by-happiness-cakes

If you are like us, you have tried lots of gluten free cakes and some just fall flat. They’re dry, tasteless and have a dense texture. Until you have to be gluten free you don’t miss how good cake can taste! Inspired by Happiness fills that need for cake. Their 3 layer cakes come in three delicious flavors; Cravin’ For Cookies and Cream, Dreamin’ of Chocolate and Dreamin’ of Strawberries. These cakes will make you smile! The middle of each cake has a creamy filling, surrounded by two layers of moist, flavorful cakes and topped with a flavorful frosting. The cakes not only look pretty, they taste delicious and don’t have the weird aftertaste found in many gluten free cakes.
