These chess bars are so decadent but so easy to make.
Ingredients
- Ingredients needed for Crust
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- Ingredients needed for Filling
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Mix the cake mix, butter and eggs. Press in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over crust; sprinkle top with 1/2 cup toasted almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
