Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Recipe

For the next several weeks, I will be stepping out of the kitchen and sharing recipes from some of my friends. Whenever I visit Mallery, at Mallery’s Deals, I leave hungry! All her recipes look so good. If she didn’t live so far away from me I would invite myself over to her house for dinner. Often.

This is a freezer crock pot meal the is scrumptious! If you haven’t figured it out yet I love cheese. It is yummy yummy yummy and was even better the next day! I did top off my leftovers with cheese though.

The ingredients are SIMPLE because that is how I roll.
Ingredients:
2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
8 ounces of Cheddar Cheese, cut into cubes
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 lbs Chicken Breasts, can be added straight from the freezer!
1 Bag of steamer frozen broccoli
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into strips.

Mix all ingredients (except Broccoli) in the crock pot.

Cook on high for 1 hour to melt the frozen food so it fits into the crock pot. (Omit this step if chicken is not frozen.) Cook on low for 4 hours.  Let cool completely and add the cooked steamer pack of broccoli.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese. (optional)
