Did you know 20% of pets suffer from separation anxiety? During a recent google chat with Dr. Kurt Venator, he explained some of the signs and symptoms. I have been traveling most of the month, along with having a kid go away to college, and our pets were having issues. “The cats miss you,” Bryan told me during a phone conversation, “they are wandering around the house looking for you.” One of the ways to help pets deal with separation issues is by providing distractions. Diesel has separation anxiety. Distractions are so important – he is getting better because we are understanding his needs more. The box is really cute. When I get back from vacation – I will be ordering Diesel a box.
I’m babysitting my grandcats for a couple of days. I was busy digging out cat toys for Caturday night and found a few to keep them busy.
