Mother’s Day is coming up soon and if you’re like me, you are always trying to find ideas for great gifts. I’m here to help with the #MomsWeek event running May 2nd-6th! You can find some great products that are sure to please mom during this fun blogging event, hosted by Sampler.
Maybe you’re wondering, “What is A Sampler?” It’s a service that allows you to send product samples to your friends. Because who doesn’t love receiving free samples? The best part? Your friends can send you the samples as well! When you register you receive a calendar for the MomsWeek tab telling you when the company is giving samples.
You’ll want to RSVP for two reasons: You want to be eligible to win the grand prize from participating sample brands. You also want to get the event calendar that’s available only if you RSVP. Remember, the event doesn’t happen on the Brand’s Facebook timeline, but on the Mom’s Week tab. You can use the App Links included beside each product.
We’ll also be hosting Flash Giveaways during the week. Be sure you’re a fan of my Facebook page so you’ll see the giveaways and announcements.
Who’s participating?
Perfect Bar– If you are like me, you are always on the go. Sometimes I just need a quick snack! These refrigerated bars are available in 9 different flavors, like almond coconut and cranberry crunch. They are non gmo, gluten and soy free, and a good source of fiber. My favorite are the peanut butter. You can find them at stores across the country, including Costco, Kroger and Safeway. You can also purchase them on their website . Use this App Link for Samples.
Buddha Teas– A recent tea party I attended got me hooked on these yummy flavored teas. All the teas are certified USDA organic, all natural and made in bleach free tea bags. The Tumeric Ginger Blend is my guilt free indulgence at the end of a long day. I can relax on my patio and sip in comfort, enjoying the fact that the tea not only tastes good, it has zero calories. You can purchase it here. Use this App link for samples.
Healthy Skoop— I start each day with a homemade peanut butter protein shake. But sometimes I get the “hangry’s” as my daughter calls them, where I want to gnaw off any arms that get close to me. I’ve been adding a scoop of USDA organic Healthy Skoop to my morning shake to keep the hangry’s away. It’s gluten free, plant based and helps provides essential amino acids to my diet. It’s sweetened with low glycemic coconut sugar to prevent the dreaded crash and burn effects I sometimes feel after eating sugar. Did I mention they give back 3% of every sale to protect produce? Bitsy’s Brainfood– We’ve been eating these organic crackers at our house for quiet a while! I love the kid friendly designs on the boxes as well as the fun flavors like Sweet-Potato Cinna-Graham. They are made in a nut free facility so they’re perfect for kids (or adults) with nut allergies. Made in the USA, each serving contains a half serving of organic vegetables. Find them here. The App link is here.
eureka! Organic Bread– Who doesn’t love a good sandwich? One of the things I ‘ve discovered that can make or break a sandwich is the bread. eureka! Organic Bread wants to make sure the sandwich is good to the last bite. It’s vegan, contains no high frucose corn syrup or artifical flavors or colors. Plus, I love the names of the breads- Grainiac, Saaa-Wheat, and Seeds the Day. That’s punny! Learn more on their website: Use this App link.
Apricot Power– Talk about versatile! This vegan powder can be eaten raw, baked or made into smoothies and shakes. It’s gluten free, pesticide free and low glycemic so both my diabetic in-laws and my Celiac daughter can enjoy it. The only downside to this product is it must be stored in the fridge after opening so it can’t be kept in my purse. You can purchase it on their website or on Amazon. Use this App link.
Kiju Organic— These nonGMO, certified organic juices contain no added sugar and are available in flavors like Mango Orange and Lemonade Juice Boxes. You can find them in natural health food stores. Learn more about them here. Use this App link.
DeVita–Did I mention all the dark circles under my eyes from lack of sleep? Did I also mention I’m extremely picky about what I put on my face? I’m trying their 100% vegan, paraben free revitilizing eye lift creme to help me get rid of the washed out, baggy look! It’s smooth, creamy and easily rubbed in. You can learn more about them on their website. Use this App link.
Parissa–It’s bathing suit season and we all know what that means. It’s time to get rid of all the unsightly hair. This year we’ll be using Parissa Wax Strips for Face and Bikini, made from all natural and organic ingredients. They’re quick to use and discreet enough to take anywhere. Bonus! They have a 24-hour Customer Care line, manned by professional estheticians. You can learn more here. They’re available in the US at Walgreens, Ulta and more. Use this App link.
Greenniche— has everything from supplements for the entire family, to all natural, no calorie Stevia and Skin Care. Because if mom doesn’t take care of herself, it’s hard on everyone! I’ve sometimes had a hard time finding supplements for my daughter, but these are gluten free and vegetarian. Learn more about them here. Use this App link.
Solves Strips–These arrived just in time for spring cold season! Do you know how often kids get sick? My kids were never fans of drinking electrolytes, so the problem is solved with these Solves Strips. They’re grape flavored electrolyte strips that are allowed to dissolve on the tongue, making them easier to keep down than fluids. They’re also portable, and have no sugar and no carbs. And, if having kids who are well doesn’t help mom, I am not sure what does! Learn more about them here. Use this App link.
Danskin Now–I have plenty of Danskin workout clothing because they’re moisture wicking to keep me feeling drier after I’ve spent time doing physical activity. These bright, fun shirts include motivational sayings like, “It’s Go Time!” Of course, my shirt has already been claimed by my daughter. You can purchase them here. Use this App link.
MyChelle--I live in the South with long hot, humid summer days. Proper skin care is a must to prevent those annoying wrinkles. Their suncare line is not only mineral based, it’s paraben free, non GMO, free of artificial colors and reef friendly. That’s a must for the tropical vacation I’m trying to convince the hubby we need to take this year! Spending any amount of time in the sun causes me to burn, so the Cucumber Cooling Spray is right up my alley. Made with cooling aloe, it helps my sun burned skin feel better. Purchase it here. Use this App link.
FATCO–My daughter is a loyal user of Fatface skincare products. Now known under their new name, FATCO, they’re still the same great handmade products. The products smell great, (love the lavender clary sage body butter), but even better is the fact they are cruelty free, paleo and paraben free. That’s one of the first things I look for in skin care products. I plan on using the Baby Butter on the new baby. It arrived just in time! You can purchase it here: Use this App link.
Don’t forget to RSVP to make sure you get to try these great samples too! Bonus! Most of the samples are available in both the US and Canada. Which products would you like to try?
