Below you’ll find a list of the usual monthly common grocery sales throughout the year.  Check each month to find the best time to stock up on these items. January is the best time to purchase:

Everyone is attempting those New Year’s resolutions. It’s the perfect time to stock up on:

  • Low Fat or Low Carb items, including items such as diet soda, frozen meals, and granola bars.
  • Super Bowl Parties bring savings on chips, dips, and soda.
  • Find Winter sales on soups and boxed tea.

February is the best time to purchase:

  • Canned foods, such as soups, fruits, and vegetables.
  • Medicines, cold remedies, and vitamins for flu season.

March is the best time to purchase:

  • Peanut Butter and products made with peanut butter
  • Watch for frozen food sales on frozen meals, frozen veggies, and frozen fruits.
